Teni Explains Weight Loss, says I Didn’t Want to Die

By our Reporter

Popular Nigerian artiste, Teniola Apata, has explained the reason behind her dramatic weight loss.

The plus-sized singer who received a honours award from President Muhammadu Buhari, recently, revealed that she lost 75 pounds without surgery.
And this, according to her, is because she doesn’t want to die from the challenge of being obese.

On Sunday, in a video showing her weight loss journey, the ‘Uyo meyo’ crooner said she had feared for her health.

And curtly, Teni said she didn’t want to die.

In her words, she said, “I realised you only have one life. Me, I don’t want to die. If you need inspiration, look at me.

Then she adds: “Impossible is nothing!! Happy New Year 23.” This is in obvious reference to herself. That is her new body weight and appearance.
