In a heartwarming display of support for academic achievement, Kwara State Governor Abdulrahman AbdulRazaq has presented a cash award of one million naira to Master Shalom Adesina, the best student in the 2023 May/June West African Examination Council (WAEC) exams.
Adesina, a student of Rehoboth College, Pipeline, Ilorin, achieved distinctions in all subjects, earning him the prestigious award.
The governor’s gesture to him yesterday aims to encourage and support Adesina’s academic pursuits, recognizing his outstanding performance as a source of pride for the state.
