Airtel Nigeria Gets New Telecom Services

Airtel Nigeria has secured three telecom licences, enhancing its service offerings and strengthening its position in the Nigerian market.

The licences, awarded to Airtel Nigeria Telesonic Limited, include:

  • National Long Distance licence (20 years).
  • Internet Service Provider licence (5 years).
  • Sales & Installation Major licence (5 years).

These licences enable Airtel Nigeria to expand its fibre service unit, providing customers with improved internet and telecommunication services.

The National Long Distance licence allows Airtel to operate long-distance telecommunications services, while the Internet Service Provider licence enables the provision of internet services. The Sales & Installation Major licence permits Airtel to sell and install telecommunications equipment.

This development underscores Airtel Nigeria’s commitment to delivering high-quality services and expanding its reach in the Nigerian market.
