LAGOS, Nigeria — Oct. 25, 2025 — Africa’s biggest stage for leadership and innovation, the Africa Future Leadership Conference & Awards (AFLCA 10.0), will celebrate its landmark 10th anniversary this October under the theme:
“Towards a Prosperous Africa: Leveraging Leadership, Technology, and Innovation.”
Convened by Mark Idiahi, AFLCA has, over the past decade, become one of the continent’s most influential platforms for shaping leaders, inspiring changemakers, and redefining Africa’s future.
Organizers describe the conference as “more than a gathering — a movement that brings together visionary leaders, trailblazers, policymakers, innovators, and entrepreneurs committed to driving Africa’s transformation.”
