Man Arrested For Climbing Eiffel Tower On Final Day Of 2024 Olympics

In a dramatic and unexpected turn of events, a shirtless man was arrested on Sunday for climbing the Eiffel Tower, mere hours before the closing ceremony of the Paris Olympics.

The incident occurred at approximately 14:45 local time, prompting an immediate response from Parisian authorities.

Eyewitnesses and social media footage revealed the unidentified individual scaling the tower, situated just above the Olympic rings that had adorned the iconic structure throughout the summer games.

Following a swift intervention by police, the man was apprehended and escorted away, his hands cuffed behind his back. As he was led away, he remarked to a bystander, “Bloody warm, innit?”
