Model School In Ogun Sets Record As 45 Students Get A1 In Maths

In an impressive academic feat, ImpactHouse Model Schools in Ogun State has made headlines with its outstanding performance in the 2024 Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination results released by the West African Examinations Council (WAEC).

A remarkable 45 students from the private school achieved A1 grades in mathematics, with a minimum of five distinctions each.

The school’s director, Sam Abdulazeez, took to social media to share the exceptional results, revealing that no student was left behind as the school surpassed last year’s performance.

He expressed gratitude to the students, parents, and team members for their collective efforts.

A breakdown of the results showed that three students achieved distinctions in all nine subjects, while 14 students had distinctions in eight subjects, 27 in seven subjects, and one student in five subjects. Two commercial students topped the list with eight A1s.

Notably, mathematics, further mathematics, government, financial accounting, agriculture science, and geography were among the subjects where students achieved all-around A1 grades.

The only subjects where students recorded C grades were English language, English literature, creative arts, and data processing.

Abdulazeez attributed the success to the extraordinary support from students, parents, and team members.

Nigerians have taken to social media to congratulate the school, students, and management on this remarkable achievement, praising their hard work and dedication.

This exceptional performance has set a high standard for academic excellence in Nigeria.
