MOre -ThenCity Partners Global Experts To Train Entrepreneurs, Professionals For Business Growth

In a groundbreaking initiative, MOre-Thenticity Ltd recently hosted a two-day workshop in Lagos, themed “The Breakthrough Blueprint,” aimed at empowering entrepreneurs and career professionals in Nigeria to achieve unprecedented success.

This pioneering event, held in collaboration with renowned UK-based sales and confidence coach Bukie Adebola-Ezeh and US-based coaching and creative strategy expert Monica Walters, drew a diverse group of participants from across the state, all eager to unlock their full potential.

According to Monica Nnoka, founder of MOre-Thenticity Ltd and a seasoned mindset and transformational coach, the workshop was carefully designed to address the pressing need for inner growth and development among entrepreneurs and career professionals.

She also emphasized the significance of understanding life’s phases and preparing for each stage, encouraging entrepreneurs to embrace challenges as opportunities for growth and learning.

Walters, CEO of Positively Unreasonable LLC, led a dynamic session on identifying breakthrough opportunities and overcoming business stagnation.

She introduced a framework focusing on vision, assessment, strategy, execution, and commitment, providing participants with a clear roadmap for refining their focus and achieving their goals.

Throughout the workshop, participants engaged in interactive sessions, group discussions, and personalized coaching, receiving guidance and support from the expert facilitators.
