NFF Appoints Bruno Labbadia As Head Coach Of Super Eagles

The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has announced the appointment of German tactician Bruno Labbadia as the new Head Coach of the Super Eagles.

Labbadia, a former Bayern Munich player, brings a wealth of experience to the role, having managed several German clubs, including Darmstadt 98, VfB Stuttgart, and Bayer Leverkusen.

Labbadia’s appointment comes after the resignation of former coach Finidi George, who failed to secure convincing wins in crucial games. The Super Eagles are currently fifth in their 2026 World Cup qualifying group, and Labbadia’s task is to boost their chances of qualification.

The NFF’s decision to appoint Labbadia reflects their commitment to restoring the Super Eagles to their former glory.

With his appointment, Nigerian football fans are optimistic about the team’s future and eagerly await his impact on the squad.
