Scientists Discovers Diamond Planet

In a fascinating discovery, scientists have identified a planet dubbed “55 Cancri e” located approximately 40 light-years from Earth, which is believed to be composed largely of diamonds.

This extraordinary planet, situated incredibly close to its star, boasts surface temperatures reaching as high as 2,400 degrees Celsius (4,352 degrees Fahrenheit).

The carbon-rich composition of 55 Cancri e, combined with the intense pressure and heat, leads researchers to speculate that a significant portion of the planet may be comprised of diamond.
