Turkish Pilot Passes Away Mid- Flight, Resulting To Emergency Landing

A harrowing incident unfolded on Turkish Airlines Flight TK204 when one of its pilots suddenly collapsed and passed away mid-flight, prompting an emergency landing in New York.

The Airbus A350, en route from Seattle to Istanbul, was diverted after the 59-year-old pilot’s sudden medical emergency. Despite swift efforts to administer first aid, the pilot sadly succumbed to his condition before the plane could land.

Turkish Airlines spokesperson Yahya Ustun confirmed the incident, revealing that the pilot had been with the airline since 2007 and had recently undergone a routine medical examination in March, showing no health concerns.
