Delicious African Dishes.. Continued

As we said earlier, Africa is blessed with some very wonderful dishes that you can’t probably get anywhere else around the world.

We also said that It is these dishes that make us unique and special in our way. Even people from other continents usually come around from time to time to have a great taste of our wonderful dishes.

So, we’ll be looking at some street foods.

The first we’ll be talking about today is Suya.

Suya, Nigeria’s beloved street food, blends marinated meat, spices, and peanut sauce.

Hausa traders created suya. They marinate thinly sliced meat, grill on skewers, and serve with yam or plantain.
