TIPS AND TRICKS
Esports may be considered less taxing than traditional physical sports, but the Olympic Committee suggests it is not.
They encourage participants to partake in “Practicing outside the pixels in Esports“, emphasizing the importance of mental well-being and developing a healthy lifestyle. Take a break from the gym.
As with all sports, it is important to have a plan, a goal and a schedule. Many professional eSport teams have fitness and nutrition coaches to ensure that players are in the best possible condition to train and prepare.
Not everyone can be an Olympian, but the 2023 qualifying season opened the field and gave many people to dream. Are you game?
