Vice President Kashim Shettima is scheduled to visit Ekiti State today, Thursday with a packed agenda that includes inaugurating the Expanded National Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Clinics and several key infrastructure projects, highlighting a collaborative initiative between the federal and state governments.
The bustling event is set to unfold at Adetiloye Hall, Old Iyin Road, Ado Ekiti, beginning at 10 AM, where beneficiaries of the MSME clinics are expected to receive significant empowerment.
Beyond the clinics, Vice President Shettima is set to engage with royal dignitaries in the region and is scheduled for a tour of the Adire hub situated on Iworoko road, in the heart of the state’s capital.

Governor Biodun Oyebanji of Ekiti State, after closely surveying the preparation sites for the inaugurations, indicated his approval and readiness for the upcoming visits. He extended an invitation to the residents, emphasizing the importance of warmly receiving the nation’s Vice President.
Among the anticipated highlights of Shettima’s visit are the official opening of the MSME clinic, the introduction of the Ekiti State Fashion and Garment Hub located within the Textile Building at Awedele, and the ribbon-cutting for the newly completed Omisanjana/Ajebandele Road in Ado Ekiti.
