Tinubu Approves Appointment Of Eight Permanent Secretaries

President Bola Tinubu has given his approval for the appointment of eight new Federal Permanent Secretaries to address current and anticipated vacancies in various states and geopolitical zones within the top administrative echelon of the Civil Service of the Federation.

In a statement released on Friday by the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale, it was revealed that the selection of the new permanent secretaries was conducted meticulously.

“The President expects that the newly appointed Federal Permanent Secretaries will demonstrate unwavering dedication, diligence, and loyalty to the nation in the execution of their duties, ensuring optimal service delivery to the Nigerian populace,” the statement emphasized.

The newly appointed Federal Permanent Secretaries are as follows:

1. Dr. Emanso Umobong Okop – Akwa-Ibom
2. Obi Emeka Vitalis – Anambra
3. Mahmood Fatima Sugra Tabi’a – Bauchi
4. Danjuma Mohammed Sanusi – Jigawa
5. Olusanya Olubunmi – Ondo
6. Dr. Keshinro Maryam Ismaila – Zamfara
7. Akujobi Chinyere Ijeoma (South-East)
8. Isokpunwu Christopher Osaruwanmwen (South-South)

The statement issued by the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Chief Ajuri Ngelale, highlighted the President’s expectations for the new appointees to uphold the highest standards of service delivery and commitment to the nation.
