FUNAAB Demands Justice For Slain Student, Christianah Idowu

The Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB), has urged the Nigeria Police Force to expedite their investigation into the abduction and murder of 300-level student, Christianah Idowu, in Ikorodu, Lagos State.

The university’s Acting Head of Public Relations, Olasunkanmi Olajide, stated, “This act of violence must not go unanswered. We call on the Nigeria Police Force to expedite their investigation and ensure that justice is not delayed.”

The university community is still reeling from the shock of Idowu’s senseless killing, which has left them “broken-hearted” and in “great pain and untold sorrow.”

FUNAAB demands that those responsible for the heinous crime be brought to justice, emphasizing that “the security agencies must ensure that those behind the terrible acts paid for their misdeeds.”
