AMVCA: Nollywood’s Stars Honored at 10th Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Award

The AMVCAs have celebrated some of Nollywood’s most exceptional talent, with the 10th edition of the awards held at Lagos’s Eko Hotel and Suites on May 11, 2024.

Notably Presented by Multichoice, Funke Akindele heads the list as a six-time AMVCA winner, recognized for her adeptness in comedy and drama, and her filmmaking skills.

She continues to make waves in the industry with more nominations for her latest work.

Osas Ighodaro and Rita Dominic follow suit with three AMVCA wins each, applauded for compelling portrayals that have earned them spots as beloved stars on the screen.

Falz, Broda Shaggi, and Odunlade Adekola, notable for their performances in both comedic and dramatic roles, have all secured two wins each.
