JUST IN: Togolese Republic Opens Embassy in Doha

The Togolese Republic has expanded its diplomatic presence with the inauguration of its embassy in Doha.

The ceremonial event, held today, Wednesday, was graced by notable figures including HE the Togolese Foreign Affairs Minister Robert Dussey and HE Dr. Ahmed bin Hassan Al Hammadi, the Secretary General of Qatar’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The purpose of the inauguration ceremony in Doha was to officially open the Embassy of the Togolese Republic. This marks the establishment of a formal diplomatic presence of Togo in Qatar, reflecting the strengthening of bilateral relations between the two countries and facilitating consular services and diplomatic engagement in the region.

Furthermore, the inauguration ceremony itself, attended by high-ranking officials from both states, underscores a mutual commitment to deepening ties and signifies a gesture of goodwill.
