Kola’s academic achievements include a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Obafemi Awolowo University and a Certificate in Educational Leadership from Cambridge University. He has also obtained various certifications in Cambridge International Examinations.

His teaching career spans notable institutions:

  • Hallel College, Port Harcourt (2000 – 2008).
  • Charles Dale Memorial International School (2008 – 2018).
  • Greensprings School, Lagos (2018 – present), where he serves as Head of the English Department.
