Nigerian Comedian, Umar Bush Becomes SA On Entertainment

In a surprising turn of events, Nigerian comedian Umar Bush, popularly known as “Angry Man,” has been appointed as Special Assistant on Entertainment to President Bola Tinubu’s Senior Special Assistant on Equal Opportunities and Special Needs, Mohammed Abba Isa.

This announcement has generated a mix of reactions online, with some questioning Bush’s qualifications and others congratulating him on his new role.

Bush shared the news on social media, posting a letter with the reference number SSAP/SNEO/24/VOL.1/464, which outlined his duties as a Special Assistant on Entertainment.

These responsibilities include overseeing media marketing, maintaining positive PR, and promoting entertainment projects. His appointment is for a two-year term, effective July 10, 2024, with the possibility of renewal based on performance.
